I was referred to Precision Exterior Services by a reputable business owner on St. Simons Island, GA when I needed to have my mother’s white house power washed. They came within a day to check out the house and gave me a fair quote for the job. They showed up on time, just as promised, several days later to perform the service and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them as a quality business that does great work at a fair price.

Pleasant young man/owner with great work ethic. Arrived on time, cleaned the roof, the gutters, the windows and then went over and beyond what was expected to remove the discolored sun shade film material that was adhered to the inside of the windows. This all was done in a timely fashion and for a reasonable expense. We will definitely use the service again.

My home was in need of a good pressure washing. The decks were terrible and were black. After the pressure washing of the decks and house they look new again. Eric and his company are great. Quick response getting a quote and talked through recommendations. They knocked out the job quickly and sent before/after photos of the work so I could see immediate results. House looks 100x better. On a side note, I wasn't sure how well the roof cleaning would work but was pleasantly surprised - it looks great.
